Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Telephonic Case Manager to fill a remote opening for a Managed Care Organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic nurse case management in a call center environment
  • Collaborate with members, designated contacts, and providers to address gaps in care
  • Manage members across various states and promote the program effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school
  • Compact RN license in the state of residence; additional licenses in non-compact states are a bonus
  • 3 years of clinical experience
  • 2 years of telephonic case management experience, preferably from a Managed Care Organization
  • Preferred experience with commercially insured populations
