A company is looking for an RN Telephonic Case Manager to fill a remote opening for a Managed Care Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic nurse case management in a call center environment
- Collaborate with members, designated contacts, and providers to address gaps in care
- Manage members across various states and promote the program effectively
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
- Compact RN license in the state of residence; additional licenses in non-compact states are a bonus
- 3 years of clinical experience
- 2 years of telephonic case management experience, preferably from a Managed Care Organization
- Preferred experience with commercially insured populations
