A company is looking for a DoD Safe Helpline Shift Manager to oversee and support a team providing virtual supervision and guidance in victim services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise hotline staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and quality assurance
- Provide direct support to individuals affected by sexual violence through calls and chats, dedicating approximately 70% of the role to this service
- Monitor helpline sessions, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training and feedback to staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience managing paid staff in environments with multiple work shifts
- Crisis hotline/intervention or related experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass background checks
