Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound and Referral Specialist to engage with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and guide them to appropriate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the value of the care model in a clear and compassionate manner
- Field inbound communications, qualify patients, and schedule appointments in EMRs
- Perform administrative duties and outreach to potential members and referral sources
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- 1-2 years of patient engagement experience or similar background
- Experience with Salesforce and Athena or other EMRs preferred
- Open availability to work Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM EST
- Ability to work independently and adapt to frequently changing policies
