Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Change of Agent) to manage the Change of Agent process and enhance client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Change of Agent process from client inquiry through compliance audit and order processing
- Prepare and file change and resignation of agent documents with various Secretaries of State
- Conduct entity compliance audits and assist in training new employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service or legal industry
- Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook are required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of general corporate procedures and/or willingness to learn
- Experience in managing multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment
