Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Service Agent to provide service to members by processing financial transactions and educating them on products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Takes incoming calls from members to assist with account needs and transactions
- Opens new accounts and processes checks
- Responds to members' email and chat inquiries while providing information on credit union products and services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Six months of experience working with the general public
- Previous phone experience is helpful
- Spanish speaking is preferred
- Strong ability to learn new software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
