Provider Relations Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end provider claims and enhance call quality
• Contribute to the design and implementation of programs that foster positive relationships between health plans and providers
• Support the development and management of provider networks and implement training for external providers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of health care/managed care experience
• 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
• 1+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Intermediate proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
