Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer groups, explaining policies and procedures
  • Resolve member or provider concerns, documenting information on the billing system and escalating complaints as necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of Member Services policies and perform other work-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience; call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of and prior experience in the Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry is preferred
  • Must successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing test
  • Successful completion of a background check is required for this position
