Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare - Real Time Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage real-time and intraday resource allocation across Voice, Email, and Messaging/Chat lines of business
  • Monitor incoming volumes and adjust schedules to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Collaborate with management to analyze performance and assist with reporting and time tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Work experience in an Analyst position
  • Experience using CX platforms, preferably Zendesk
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to learn and master new systems quickly
  • Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
