Key Responsibilities
- Manage real-time and intraday resource allocation across Voice, Email, and Messaging/Chat lines of business
- Monitor incoming volumes and adjust schedules to ensure optimal service delivery
- Collaborate with management to analyze performance and assist with reporting and time tracking
Required Qualifications
- Work experience in an Analyst position
- Experience using CX platforms, preferably Zendesk
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn and master new systems quickly
- Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
