A company is looking for a Key Client Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter support to account management teams regarding underwriting, ancillary products, and benefit design
- Act as a liaison between account management teams and other support areas impacting client management
- Assist in identifying gaps and developing strategies to improve sales, retention, and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in group health
- Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proficiency in personal computers and supporting software in a Windows environment
- Knowledge of health insurance plans, healthcare delivery systems, and claim operations
