Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate outcome-oriented relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor
- Onboard customers, assist in solution deployment, and create customized success plans
- Monitor usage trends and customer health to identify challenges and optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS application support or implementation, and cloud systems management
- Technical proficiency to understand customer needs and utilize product capabilities effectively
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager or similar
- Strong understanding of the storage industry and cloud environments
- Certifications in Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud, or AWS Cloud Practitioner Associate are preferred
