Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders and internal customers
- Field between 75 to 100 calls daily while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products and collaborate with team members to address service issues
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in an office environment
- 6 months of experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
- 6 months of experience working from home
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
