Key Responsibilities

  • Field between 75 to 100 calls daily while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products and collaborate with team members to address service issues
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience in an office environment
  • 6 months of experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
  • 6 months of experience working from home
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
