Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Prior Authorization Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and respond to pharmacy questions from providers
  • Analyze pharmacy claims and provide verification of pharmacy benefits
  • Process prior authorization requests and document records accurately
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of pharmacy claims and dispensing systems
  • Connecticut Licensed (Active) Pharmacy Technician
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification - National (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Medicaid & Medicare Part D and MS Office Suite
