Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to support new client onboarding and provide ongoing service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all products and internal processes
  • Collaborate across business functions to meet client needs and resolve issues
  • Organize and execute open enrollment strategies and support account renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or healthcare industry
  • Experience with client onboarding and account-based service is preferred
  • Comfortable working with HR Directors and Executives
  • Familiarity with regulatory changes and their impacts on clients
