A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to support new client onboarding and provide ongoing service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on all products and internal processes
- Collaborate across business functions to meet client needs and resolve issues
- Organize and execute open enrollment strategies and support account renewals
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or healthcare industry
- Experience with client onboarding and account-based service is preferred
- Comfortable working with HR Directors and Executives
- Familiarity with regulatory changes and their impacts on clients
