Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and assist in their onboarding process
  • Develop and evolve the Customer Success department while analyzing customer success metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to drive product adoption and identify cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, with vertical specialization being a plus
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Experience presenting to C-Level and technology leaders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM and internal processes is advantageous
