Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers and assist in their onboarding process
- Develop and evolve the Customer Success department while analyzing customer success metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners to drive product adoption and identify cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS industry
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, with vertical specialization being a plus
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Experience presenting to C-Level and technology leaders
- Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM and internal processes is advantageous
