Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and returning clients seeking treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients in a compassionate manner while achieving departmental KPIs
• Manage objections and motivate clients through the admissions process using a consultative selling approach
• Document interactions and navigate administrative details to facilitate client access to care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment is required
• 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare sales environment is desired
• Experience in behavioral healthcare call center is preferred
