Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who manages non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, managing deadlines and ensuring timely closures
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
  • Act as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders, coordinating necessary scheduling and maintaining communication
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Experience in managing competing demands and adapting to changes in the work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
