A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who manages non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, managing deadlines and ensuring timely closures
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Act as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders, coordinating necessary scheduling and maintaining communication
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Experience in managing competing demands and adapting to changes in the work environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
