Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to department staff while managing administrative HR functions
- Ensure quality and timeliness of responses to customer complaints across various channels
- Implement and monitor operational controls related to client complaints and departmental workflows
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 7+ years of experience in Mortgage Servicing and MSP
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing guidelines and applicable laws
- Associates degree or higher preferred
