Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondence Response Supervisor to oversee the customer response department and ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to department staff while managing administrative HR functions
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of responses to customer complaints across various channels
  • Implement and monitor operational controls related to client complaints and departmental workflows


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 7+ years of experience in Mortgage Servicing and MSP
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing guidelines and applicable laws
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
