A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Healthcare Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with healthcare inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about relevant changes
- Provide support in locating primary care physicians within the member's network
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for multitasking across systems
- Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
