Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer health care inquiries and provide resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers through various communication channels
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and resolve issues on the initial contact while meeting performance metrics
  • Document customer interactions in a CRM system and participate in continuous training for proficiency
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Technology literate with experience navigating multiple screens or web browsers
  • Ability to work any schedule between 8AM CT - 6PM HT
  • A private and secure workspace with high-speed internet is required
  • Preferred experience in contact centers, TRICARE customer service, and military connectedness
