Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer health care inquiries and provide resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers through various communication channels
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and resolve issues on the initial contact while meeting performance metrics
- Document customer interactions in a CRM system and participate in continuous training for proficiency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Technology literate with experience navigating multiple screens or web browsers
- Ability to work any schedule between 8AM CT - 6PM HT
- A private and secure workspace with high-speed internet is required
- Preferred experience in contact centers, TRICARE customer service, and military connectedness
