A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative 2 - Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles inbound calls independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling and registration processes
- Communicates effectively with patients and staff regarding appointment needs and scheduling changes
- Meets or exceeds contact center metrics to ensure high-quality patient service
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of healthcare or relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience
- Prior experience in a customer service role with a focus on patient satisfaction is preferred
- Experience in a high-volume call center or centralized scheduling environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems and/or patient management software is preferred
