Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative 2 - Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles inbound calls independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling and registration processes
  • Communicates effectively with patients and staff regarding appointment needs and scheduling changes
  • Meets or exceeds contact center metrics to ensure high-quality patient service
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of healthcare or relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience
  • Prior experience in a customer service role with a focus on patient satisfaction is preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume call center or centralized scheduling environment is advantageous
  • Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems and/or patient management software is preferred
