Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Pre-Authorization Claims Processor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update equipment registrations
• Provide Pre-Authorization for certain automotive components
• Support OEM Dealers with inquiries regarding technical automotive repairs

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the mechanics of motors and transmissions
• Experience with Pre-Authorization requests for Independent Repair Facilities
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
• Vehicle warranty knowledge and ASE certification are a plus
