Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to work in a remote contact center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring a high level of service
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
  • Previous contact center experience preferred
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours
