A company is looking for a Bilingual Merchant Success Manager (MSM) to enhance relationships within its merchant network.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned merchants, providing proactive support and personalized guidance
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions, while actively engaging merchants to increase platform usage and identify growth opportunities
- Handle communication with merchants, resolve issues, and capture feedback to inform product development
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Experience with phone-based outreach and managing a high volume of contacts
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
