Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys
• Assist patients with benefits and insurance information
• Support patients in making informed healthcare decisions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
