A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster, Workers Compensation in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from setup to closure, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for partner agents and customers, providing claim guidance and status updates
- Continuously improve claims operations by identifying opportunities and gaps in service and processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience required
- Preferred experience in California and additional states such as NV, AZ, OR, and CO
- Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements
- Experience in claim adjudication, medical management, and litigation management
