A company is looking for a Remote Coordinator Enterprise Triage (Specialty).
Key Responsibilities
- Process referrals and schedule orders for new prescriptions from Community Based Specialty Pharmacies
- Respond to patient inquiries and create referrals for incoming transfers
- Coordinate patient enrollment in financial assistance programs and manage insurance information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or pharmacy setting
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service with a focus on quality standards
- Willingness to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends
