Key Responsibilities
- Support delinquent customers by identifying issues and educating them on resolutions
- Negotiate payment plan modifications and administer collection efforts in compliance with regulations
- Review account information and assist with resolving misapplied cash issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to remain seated for long periods in a call center environment
- Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques is a plus
