A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - CONTRACT.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for client facilities, addressing issues such as incorrect case transmissions and user errors
- Handle inbound calls, support emails, and chats while documenting all actions in tickets
- Assist management with data gathering and communication between clients and radiologists
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 3 months or more of related experience
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection and a private workspace
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good organizational skills
- Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis
