Key Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient Radiology exams and communicate patient preparation instructions
• Complete patient pre-registration, insurance verification, and explain out-of-pocket costs
• Manage high call volume, ensuring timely communication with patients and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of scheduling experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of college education
• 3 years of scheduling experience
• 1 year of healthcare experience
