A company is looking for a Claims Examiner I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process health and accident claims accurately and within deadlines while ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Engage with medical facilities, providers, and policyholders to obtain necessary documentation for claims processing
• Provide phone support and handle inquiries from customers and agents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of prior phone/customer service and office experience
• Previous experience in a claims service environment preferred
• Medical terminology or medical office background desirable
• Bilingual skills are a plus
