Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to facilitate the successful onboarding of high-value customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
  • Educate customers on products and ensure smooth adoption by communicating setup requirements and addressing technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams and act as the customer's advocate throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the mobile or software industry
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic familiarity with telecommunications/mobile technology
  • Experience in leading cross-team complex project management
  • Project management knowledge/experience with the ability to define goals and tasks
