Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
- Educate customers on products and ensure smooth adoption by communicating setup requirements and addressing technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and act as the customer's advocate throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the mobile or software industry
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Basic familiarity with telecommunications/mobile technology
- Experience in leading cross-team complex project management
- Project management knowledge/experience with the ability to define goals and tasks
