Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must reside in Kentucky and be in the Eastern Time Zone
- Ability to problem solve and de-escalate unique situations in a high-paced environment
- Experience working in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
- Must have a self-provided computer with Windows 10 or newer and high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
