- Moderate content over social media channels and collaborate with development teams on issue escalation
- Provide insights on community sentiment and suggest improvements to support processes
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of support experience
- Knowledge of Web 3 / Blockchain space
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work shifts, Monday-Sunday, 24/7
