Job Summary
A company is looking for a Correspondence Specialist III to manage provider and member correspondence for preservice and concurrent review.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process correspondence from EMR documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Update and maintain correspondence templates and coordinate data collection and reporting activities related to the denial process
- Assist the denial team in identifying root causes of denial issues and act as a trainer for team members
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the denials process and medical record information is preferred
- Ability to comply with all policies and standards
- Flexibility to work Sunday-Thursday from 12:00pm-9:00pm CST
