Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Support Engineer (11pm - 8am ET).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and coordinate service calls for customers outside the company's geographic footprint
  • Diagnose technical issues remotely and escalate to L2 Technical Support Specialists as needed
  • Evaluate new support vendors to enhance service offerings and geographic reach
Required Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting server storage, particularly IBM, HP, and Dell data center equipment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Demonstrated time management and project management skills
  • History of contributing to process improvements
