Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Support Engineer (11pm - 8am ET).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and coordinate service calls for customers outside the company's geographic footprint
- Diagnose technical issues remotely and escalate to L2 Technical Support Specialists as needed
- Evaluate new support vendors to enhance service offerings and geographic reach
Required Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting server storage, particularly IBM, HP, and Dell data center equipment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Demonstrated time management and project management skills
- History of contributing to process improvements
