A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and train new customers through a structured onboarding journey
- Deliver 1:1 onboarding calls and support self-serve customer outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain detailed records of onboarding progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-2 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or customer support in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
- Proficiency with tools like Zoom and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
