Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support customers in using the software across various channels
  • Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Create training materials and update support resources based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of hospitality experience in roles such as Front Desk or General Manager
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
  • Compatible graduation course or over 2 years of proven experience in the area
  • Strong computer skills and reliable internet connection
