Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support customers in using the software across various channels
- Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and chat
- Create training materials and update support resources based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospitality experience in roles such as Front Desk or General Manager
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Compatible graduation course or over 2 years of proven experience in the area
- Strong computer skills and reliable internet connection
