Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized video consultations and create tailored action plans for clients
- Manage a portfolio of around 40 clients, providing ongoing support and strategic guidance
- Oversee the client experience, implementing improvements and resolving challenges to ensure client success
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in growing, coaching, or consulting businesses
- Preferred background as ex-agency owners or extensive experience in digital marketing and sales
- Passionate about continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong coaching skills to hold clients accountable and provide actionable feedback
