A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Spanish & English.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls and answer incoming calls, addressing customer needs and resolving inquiries
- Exceed customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics while accurately entering customer information into the database
- Simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and complete additional administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Good home office working environment with high-speed internet and webcam capability
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications are essential
- Flexible availability to support a 24/7 team as needed
