Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage contact center performance to ensure contractual SLAs are met
- Lead and direct a staff of supervisors managing teams of up to 25 employees
- Develop and implement recommendations and provide feedback on project results and team performance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service within a hospital or healthcare call center
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 3-5 years of experience with Epic EHR
