Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to callers and assist team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers and verify necessary data for processing
- Document required information in computer systems while actively listening to customer inquiries
- Communicate with providers to resolve issues and meet established performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6+ months of work at home experience
- 6+ months of Customer Service Representative experience or 1+ years in a medical/office or call center setting
- Working knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications
