Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to callers and assist team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers and verify necessary data for processing
  • Document required information in computer systems while actively listening to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with providers to resolve issues and meet established performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6+ months of work at home experience
  • 6+ months of Customer Service Representative experience or 1+ years in a medical/office or call center setting
  • Working knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications
