Key Responsibilities
- Maintain consultative interactions with customers to understand their usage and challenges
- Reduce customer churn by fostering loyalty and trust
- Utilize customer success platforms to monitor adoption and manage renewal agreements
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of customer success management or related experience
- Experience in a procurement or purchasing department running RFx projects is a plus
- Experience with customer analytics platforms preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Gong is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
