A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Northeast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and promote the application of products in their business environment
- Secure contract renewals and identify growth opportunities by assisting customers in achieving successful outcomes
- Engage end-users to provide assistance and enablement while leading customer onboarding and assessments
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree, preferably in a technical field such as management information systems or information technology
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and application protocols
- Experience in Enterprise IT application or networking support is a plus
- Proficient user of Salesforce.com CRM or similar
- Intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Excel, familiar with formulas and basic data manipulation
