Key Responsibilities:
- Review new files to determine lien clearance needs and resolve title issues
- Notify customers of lien issues and work with them to resolve concerns efficiently
- Coordinate with lenders and internal/external teams to ensure a smooth clearance process
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Ability to maintain focus and perform under pressure
- Willingness to work approved overtime when necessary
- Experience in customer service and building relationships
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
