Pharmacy Technician (State Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work from home on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to prior authorization requests and handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Process and review authorization requests using clinical information systems to determine coverage eligibility
• Support clinical operations by gathering member-specific data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active National (PTCB) and/or State Board of Pharmacy Technician Licensure
• 6+ months of customer service experience with healthcare professionals
• Able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, between 5am and midnight
• Must reside within PST or MST time zones
