Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator who will manage customer supplier lists and ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain detailed records of customers' supplier/vendor lists and update supplier data
- Compile, verify, and sort information for software platform import and review data for errors
- Import data to the platform and CRM, send templated emails, and comply with data integrity policies
Required Qualifications
- Data entry work experience preferred
- Proficiency in data management tools like Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM technologies is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Interest in retail supply chains and ESG reporting
