A company is looking for a Bilingual (En/Fr) Customer Success Manager, Principal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and global clients, focusing on revenue retention and project facilitation
- Provide technical leadership and support, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with service agreements
- Coordinate internal resources to drive successful application upgrades and client engagements
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in leadership or customer relationship management roles
- 3+ years of experience managing large, complex clients in North America or Europe
- Comprehensive understanding of HCM best practices and project management experience
