A company is looking for a Multi-Service PA1 - Service Centre Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from prescribers and members, creating prescription cases and determining coverage
- Research and resolve client application discrepancies while meeting productivity and quality standards
- Convey resolutions to beneficiaries or providers through direct communication and professional correspondence
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center experience with a multi-screen setup
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems effectively
- Proficient typing skills of more than 30 WPM
- Availability for remote workspace audits and a reliable internet connection
