A company is looking for an IS Support Consultant I to manage system access and provide support for essential applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for major applications for corporate and branch employees through various communication channels
- Administer login credentials and perform audits on required applications
- Assist with onboarding, user setups, job changes, and terminations for supported applications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service/support experience
- High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer applications
- Experience with a support ticketing system (ServiceNow) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
