Job Summary
A company is looking for a Maine Licensed Crisis Call Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess presenting problems and psychosocial stressors of callers
- Complete risk assessments to ensure the safety of callers in crisis
- Collaborate with Crisis Response Services across the State
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree required
- One year or more of crisis or mental health-related experience preferred
- Ability to earn MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of employment
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
- Must pass a criminal background check and other required screenings
